We want you to love your JuJuBe purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition collaborations and final sale items may be ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unused gear in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
